According to http://www.lowyat.net/guides/athlonxp/

The DLT3C VPMW's seem to oc to 2.5 on average at 1.9vcore. I'm excited. I'll be combining this cpu with 1x 512 mushkin pc3500 level 2 (5-2-2-2.0) an nf7-s rev 2, an slk900U or pal8045, and a vantec thermoflow or thermaltake 52cfm fan.

How far do you suspect i'll get?

    I would say 2.4 @ 1.75 vcore.
    They are really nice chips.

Not as far as you'd like with the fan you've chosen.

    My 1700 does 2.4@1.75vcore w/ a 35cfm fan. I think the 1800 could handle it.

I'm still waiting to hear if anyone has ordered one of the XP2000's from Newegg to see if they have Thornton's to mod into cheap Barton's.

I got 3 of those combo deals from Fry's yesterday primarily for backup machines if something goes down ($60 for a 1800+ DLT3C and a mobo is a hard deal to beat) so after reading that page makes me like my odds of hitting 2GHz and higher w/ these chips as folders until they're needed for an actual machine. Only thing is, I don't know how to O/C w/ this mobo (ECS K7TVA3). I guess I'll just have to do the pin trick to mod the multi to something high. Anyone have a link to the page that shows which pins to connect for the various multipliers? and which pins to connect to raise the VCore?
