Internet connection blocked Help!
Hi, I am hoping you all can help me out here
My internet connection was blocked I called comcast and I still have a connection and my modem shows I have a connection but I cannot access the internet. Then today my husband connected his computer to our wireless network and now he cannot access the internet. We ran a virus scan and we got nothing it has to be some sort of virus.
We both have XP and updated virus protection
Please Help!
