Case/CPU Temps seem high

Here is a little background on my system:
AMD Athlon 1.2GHz (I forget what cpu cooler...it's pretty generic, so naming probably doesnt matter)
Asus A7N8X MB
512 MB PC 2100 DDR
20GB WD 7200RPM
60GB WD 7200RPM

CasEdge case w/ 300w PSu

in my BIOS info I just spotted the following values:

MB: 32c
CPU: 55c

If I remember right, that CPU value is fairly high for an unloaded system. Right now MBM is telling me 56c

I have been experiencing some ugly fan noise from my power supply at startup lately. I know I need to replace it/the case soon...I'm just putting it off because school is starting and cash is hard to come by.

Here are the voltage readouts my CMOS gave me

Vcore:1.79
+3v: 3.24
+5v: 4.89
+12v: 11.90

Anything abnormal there?

Any help is appreciated.

If the CPU is a Thunderbird CPU, it's in a pretty normal temp range. The VCore seems within reasonable range for a T-bird. If it is, though, I'd recommend an upgrade to a Barton CPU and more modern heatsink/fan unit for it. And your power supply will probably need an upgrade at that point, though your 12V rail seems OK. Your 5V rail is out of spec, though.
