Need Trojan Removal Help!

I have a trojan on my system and I can't seem to get rid of it. I ran my antivirus program (pc cillin) and it could not do it automatically.

The trojan name is: TROJ_Generic.Z

Any help on how to manually get rid of this would be appreciated.

    hi rocky could you please post a hijackthis! log and ill take a look at it for you :)
