How to Add another Link ToolBar to my IE?

Okay you know in IE you can go View -> Toolbars -> Links
And you get a bar listing all links from the Links folder.
There is a Regedit code, or program that will give me two Link Bars, in other words, another folder of favorites being displayed at the same time?
