Bios Update error Plese help

edited September 2006 in Science & Tech
I have an Asus motherboar M2N-E, and I was updating for the version 304 of the bios and gave error. Now I am trying to record the bios in another motherboard of DIFFERENT MODEL! Somebody knows some program that record the bios without making verification of chipset, record direct without verifying the motherboard, like one brute force?

Try (Awdflash flashname.bin /F) without the perenthasis. Assuming your using the Awdflash on the floppy. Of course you put in the bios flashname where it says flashname.
The /F on the end forces it to update the bios chip even though it's a different model/chipset.
Hope this helps. Post back and let us know.

I tend to use Uniflash for cross / hot flashing.
