Need some advice here...

So, I'm trying to put together a laptop for school, and I have a little problem. I have 2 laptops, one is an old Dell Latitude CP and the other is a Latitude CPi. Obviously the CPi is faster and has more ram, but the problem is the LCD is just crap on it and the LCD on the CP is in much better condition. They look to be about the same size (though I know the LCD on the CP is lower spec resolution). Are they interchangeable? Could I take the screen off the CP and put it onto the CPi without too much difficulty? And how would I go about doing this? I really appreciate the help, thanks.
