SMx 33 Gets an Upgrade!

Well after tonight SMx 33 will officially be running under these new specs :) so don't be surprised if this rig shows 2 CPU's for awhile as the new setup will kick in and the old will die :)

AMD Athlon 64 3500+
Corsair 512MB DDR400
Biostar 939 Mobo
15GB Western Digital HD 7200RPM
Sony DVD drive
Aspire 480W PSU
Onboard Legacy Network Card
Nvidia 6200 PCI Graphics Card

Hopefully we will se a bit of a boost over the current 3000+ Semperon.

    Why does it always seem that the stuff that gets donated to the SMx Project is as good (or even better) than whatever rig I am running?

    Tis a P4 with HT and 2Mb of cache with a Gig of RAM, mobo, GFX card, HDD, case and PSU, CDROM and OS will need to be supplied.

    Sounds like a very nice rig. 2 Mb cache, a Gig of ram And HT. Sounds like some of Sally's rigs, except her earlier ones are northwoods.

    Well the one thing about Datsun 1600 is that if it is cutting edge technology then he will have it. Hence all of his "old" ex folding boxen that roxen "old technology"
