Virus preventing internet connection *HijackThis log included* [Solved]

I have a laptop here that is unable to connect to the internet. I have windows security alerts saying that the computer is infected. I went into safe mode and ran adaware which found some stuff but the problem still persists.

Because the computer cant get onto the internet, I am writing this all from my desktop. I installed hijack this via external HD and this is the log file.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can tell you guys to at least help me get the name of the possible virus.

Webhancer has broken your internet access on this machine and you have a mild CWS (CoolWebSearch) infection. This is just after a quick perusal of the log. Could you tell me a little more about the security alerts you received?

At any rate we're going to have to figure out how to get LSPFix onto the infected machine. It shouldn't be too difficult to do if you can get it onto another drive. Download LSPFix from [url=http://www.short-media.com/download.php?dc=69&p=3
    ]here.[/url]

Transfer the file to the infected PC and unzip it to the desktop. Once that's done follow the instructions below:
    • Disconnect from the internet (physically pull the cable) and run the LSPFix.exe that you have just unzipped to the desktop.
    • Check the I know what I'm doing box.
    • In the Keep box you should see one or more instances of webhdll.dll.
    • Select every instance of webhdll.dll and move each one to the Remove box by clicking the >> button.
    • When you are done click Finish>>.

Do NOT move any other files to the remove box, only webhdll.dll.

Reboot the PC and reconnect to the internet. You should now be able to surf the net on the infected PC. Whether you can or can't after you do the above please post a fresh Hijack This log from the infected PC.
