Migrating from Oracle to mySQL

I'm working on migrating our customer database from oracle to MySQL. I was just wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to do this. The Oracle DB is on a Sun Solaris 8 machine and is running Oracle 8i. The MySQL DB will be on a Red Hat Enterprise 4 box. Any suggestions on a relatively quick and easy way to do this? I've read something about a MySQL migration toolkit but it seems like people always have a rough time with it. I'm also worried about how auto-incrementing fields will transfer over.

Any help you guys could offer would be great, thanks.

we used their software to convert mysql to access, and it worked great. I personally have never used their oracle --> mysql converter, but the free trial should tell you what you need to know.
