Skinning a Wiki?

I was wondering about almost every single mechanic of how to skin a Wiki-website. Specifically, I'm going to try and skin This website. Any links would be greatly appreciated as well, thank you...

I was unable to open or ping the http://www.dandwiki.com/ site. Can anyone else access it?

Yep, It loaded for me, but was a little slow loading.
By slow I mean 10 seconds or so.
Usually my pc loads a site within 2-5 seconds.

Ok it's all good now for me - I can load the site. This wiki uses MediaWiki (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki ), there is an article about how to create a skin for this wiki here - http://blog.var.cc/docs/Mediawiki_Skin_Howto.html
