VGA Radeon 9200 SE and Message Code:310

I have got VGA Radeon 9200 SE on windows 2003 server, when one of my friend tried to play a game he received this error message:

I had installed the driver for that VGA already, with the specific CD that came with VGA.

    Update the graphics card driver. (ATI's site)

    When I tried to update the driver, I could not find an option for OS windows 2003 !!!!

    Try using Windows XP. Worked for me back in the day.
