Spyware problem - HijackThis log included

Hi, I have some kind of spyware problem that intermittently causes a popup (in some foreign language, possibly Italian?) to appear. Also, while Norton antivirus doesn't turn anything up, Ad-Aware finds a ton of stuff - before crashing with a fatal error. I was hoping I could get some help fixing whatever is ailing me here.

    Hi nck, welcome to Short-Media! :)

    I see you have HijackThis in your Downloaded Programs folder. If that is a folder only for HijackThis, thats fine. Otherwise could you create a folder just for HijackThis please.

    Next, I need you to rename HijackThis to HJT and post a new log.

    I would like to see another log from HijackThis.
    • Run Hijackthis.
    • Click on Open the Misc Tools section.
    • Next click on Open uninstall manager.
    • Press the Save list button. It will open a Notepad file.
    • Save the file to your desktop, with the default name of uninstall_list
    • Copy & Paste the entire contents of that file in your in your next post.

    Can you post the requested log back here please. If you need help with this, let me know. :)

    Thanks for the logs. Please do not use any P2P programs to download while we attempt to clean your computer.

    Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.
    • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
    • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
    • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
    • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
    • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
    • When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
    • Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.
    Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.
