Unable to Update Adaware or Spybot, Do i have a problem Hijack log included![solved]

Hello Spyware Busters,

Any help would be appreciated in decoding the following log.

My main problem this point in time is not being able to update Adaware or Spybot, spybot will give me a sockets 10060 error when attempting to update.

The pc has no symptoms, but i would like to be sure.
