The time has come that I need to clean my c drive and re-install xp.

When i tryed to boot from the xp disc I get this error message at the setup:

"Setup cannot continue because the version of Windows on your computer is newer than the version on the CD".

So I tryed to re-install from 6 boot disc, But when I get to the six disc I get the following message.

" A problem has been detacted and windows has been shutdown to provent damage to your computer.
Cheek to be sure you have adequate disc space. Chech with your hardware vender for any bios updates. Disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components. restart you computer press f8 to select advance start up options then select safe mode."

"Stop Technical information
