Sometimes I have people on our servers making requests to this IP on this same port, they are usually the ones with strange issues. I am curious what this is and if anyone here knows.
well since thats not even a valid IP i would have to assume its part of some crazy application trying to draw a feed from a server. we have programs at my work that do all kinds of crazy stuff like that, but im not on the end to see what IPs its hitting with.
