Mirror a .pst file ?

Hey all,
Is is possible for an outlook .pst file to be mirrored in two locations?
1st on a network location
2nd on the individual machine its self.
This would then enable all mail to be backed up on a daily basis but also allow users to access their mail should the server go down (rare hopefully!)
Initial noseying around in outlook makes me think its not possible- or if it is it requires something extra?!
Any ideas?

To give you a better answer though, I once had to setup a system that would allow people to get their mail at multiple locations(without spending money on exchange) but also update on all computers with the same email account, which could work the way you're wanting.
I used a script in outlook, I don't remember it, but you should probably look into scripting on it, it won't be exactly like mirroring, but more like updating other email clients.
if it was something that could update the one stored on the client machine at set intervals then that would probably be enough.
