RSS Reader for IE6 with Sidebar

Hi folks,
can anyone recommend a good free RSS Reader for Internet Explorer 6 which runs in a sidebar? I have been using Wizz RSS for Firefox, and have some acquaintances who wanted something similar for IE, a reader that runs in a sidebar (see image at the Wizz RSS link.)
I have found some in some searches, one is Pluck which requires you to set up an account with them and probably sends some advertising, and the other is My Sidebar, which is a $20 shareware. I am hoping to find them something free, and ad-free if possible.
Yes, I know IE 7 has RSS built in, but it also does not operate in a sidebar, as far as I have seen. Though if anyone knows a good sidebar reader for 7, I can convince them to upgrade to IE7...they just don't want to use Firefox or can't use it due to work restrictions.
