Help Me Out In Writing Cd

I have downloaded movie from net where its one file with size 1 GB i dont have DVD writer but i have CD writer i would like to write it in CD without changing its size i am using nero Please help me how to split movie or what kinda of setting i should follow to make it in two CD's Please help me with this...
