Can't get NVIDIA Forceware Drivers Custom Program Settings to Stick?

I'm using the NVIDIA 92.91 Forceware drivers with an EVGA 7900GTO. I also use the new control panel, not classic mode.

Whenever I configure custom settings for a specific game profile under Manage 3D Settings/Program Settings, after I click apply, quit out of the control panel and go back in, all the settings for the particular game I changed are reset to defaults. Why is this happening? How can I get it to stick? Are my settings actually being stored, but they're just not showing up when I look at them again (for some reason)?

Note, this is the first time I've ever fiddled around with custom game profiles with NVIDIA drivers.

    This is a known issue of the 92.91 drivers, as they're beta, bugs like this are to be expected. 91.47 does not exhibit this, roll your drivers back.

    You can try and roll them up to 93.71 now.

    93.71 has corrected the issue.
