128bit encryption

128bit encryption didn't come out until IE6 right? So IE5 folks are screwed? Just curious.

    MS makes an encryption pack you can DL. According to the DL site, IE 5.5 and above already has 128 bit encrypt.

    I am just curious if IE5 had that ability or not... this was in regards to someone trying to gain access to our network and naturally thought there was a problem on our end even though any other site but her corporate site worked. It gave her an error about security... I told her she need to update her system... which ran Win98 BTW.
