i dont no wat happnd to my pervious post....im kinda new at this soo lol bare with me...ok my laptop i recovered several times but this virus/trojan/watever the hek it is wont go away...my key board doesnt type...like when u hav to register everything at the begining of windows i cudnt type or nething...i managed to skip thrwe that but i still cant type using ne program....also whenever i double click on an icon it opens its properties instead of opening up the program....it wont let my wireless internet connect....iv run serveral scans and programs nothing works....and in task manager under processes theres explorer.exe ....friend told me that aint good...heres the hijack this results....

I would like to see an uninstall list from HijackThis.

• Run Hijackthis.
• Click on Open the Misc Tools section.
• Next click on Open uninstall manager.
• Press the Save list button. It will open a Notepad file.
• Save the file to your desktop, with the default name of uninstall_list
• Copy & Paste the entire contents of that file in your in your next post.

In addition to this please rename HijackThis.exe to scanner.exe and post a new log along with the uninstall list.

as for the renaming....this is wat i did..the hijack this was extracted on my desktop so i just side clikd and went to rename....and since my keyboard doesnt work i had to copy paste the letters to make up scanner.exe ....so now on my desktop instead of it saying hijack this it says scanner.exe.......

i havnt gotten a word from you guys in a while....i dont mean to nag but i really need to fix this laptop fast....i was thinking....is it possible that it might be a fysical problem...i highly dout it but i was wondering if it might be a possibility...anyways plz help its crucial that i fix this computer asap....

I just wanted to be cautious but from your log I don't believe malware would be causing your problem. It's appears as if it could be a hardware problem.
