Need Software Info

Just want to know what program to use to make .exe files. For example...When I download an .exe file such as themes, it installs them to the correct folder. What program do ya use to compile the files to an .exe to install to a certain folder? Tks.

    WinRAR, Winzip and the VISE Installer program all have the ability to make standalone executable files.
