DrWatson Postmortem Bedugger....Eeeek
Hello!. I have a problem. I cannot get into my "My music" folder. Everytime I try I get a windows error, followed with DrWatson PostmortemDebugger. And it is ONLY when I try to open my music folder. I dont do the whole "porn" thing, not do I do anything that would effect my PC negativly. I have an antivirus(3 Actually;AVG;Avast;Mcafee). I read somewhere that this is an ACEBOT virus but Im not sure. And why would it effect my music folder
. I have about 4gigs of music that I cannot get to. How do i fix this?
Much thanks!

Hello EthanMac,
While you are waiting for a response from one of our very busy SVT team, i strongly suggest uninstalling two of the Anti Virus programs. Reason is that they will conflict with each other causing all sort of problems.
My personal preference would be to keep AVG and get rid of the other two.
AVG has a new version 7.5 "free" out now so make sure you download the latest from here >>>>> http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 if you are currently running AVG free 7.1 then the update procedure is to install AVG 7.5 "choosing repair installation when those options come up". That will update your AVG to 7.5 without any problems.
Once you have it installed, ensure that you update it to the latest definitions. You can also get the latest AVG Anti SpyWare from that same link above if you do not have it. "Remember to update both of them."
Also go here http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html to download the latest version of Hijackthis. Download it to your desktop or a folder of your choice but do not put it in a or your temp directory.
Once you have downloaded HijackThis, go to the location you downloaded it to and rename the "HiJackthis.exe" to >> "Scanner.exe" that is because some forms of malware will actively hide themselfs if they see Hijackthis etc.
If you Scan with Hijackthis, do it once in Safe Mode and once in normal mode do not check any entry's to fix "as most are legitimate and needed."
When you are about to post the Hijackthis log file, ensure that you have word wrap unchecked in notepad before saving the logfile.
Sit tight "the SVT team are very busy helping multiple users out at once" then someone should come along soon to help you.
Shal
