9800 128mb vs 9800pro 128mb

Minutes away from buying a 9800 - Someone convince me that if I flash the bios of the 9800 128mb into the 9800pro 128mb and overclock the memory to the same, there would be a difference apart from the £45 I'd save :D

    Just make sure you get the 9800, not the 9800 SE, and that it has Samsung memory. If you get the SE, or if you get the 9800 with Infineon, chances are it won't work.

    If you use Cat 3.8's, your card might over heat :D
