HighPoint RocketRAID 1820A - RAID5 Problems

Hi everybody,

I would like to expose a problem I had with the controller HighPoint RocketRAID 1820A and four disks Maxtor DiamondMaxLine (10 of 300GB) configured in RAID5.
The problem showed when one of the disks suddenly stoped working (mecanic problem) :scratch: . I changed the disk but the controller doesn't allow me to re-built the RAID5 chain :bawling:
Now the system shows 3 disks in RAID5 and the 4th disk by itself :-/:confused:

Someone knows if there are any specific tools :screwed: to re-built the RAID or instead I must get use to the idea that I LOST ALL MY FILES? :(

    I take it you consulted the manual regards the rebuild process?
    From what I can see it will automatically do it if a spare is available.
    Is the option to rebuild greyed out??

    The new disk is the same size yes?
