    [STEP 1] A quick favor:
Before we begin removing malware I would like to ask you a small favor. Please go to http://virusscan.jotti.org and submit the file below for analysis and post the log here. This will help complete SpywareShooter.com's HijackThis entry database.

    C:\WINDOWS\smss.exe

    [STEP 2] Fix HijackThis Entries:
Fix the following entries with HijackThis by placing checkmarks in the boxes next to them and clicking "Fix Checked".

O9 - Extra button: Microsoft AntiSpyware helper - {1CDD2672-8F5C-4561-8F1F-D499799C7D57} - (no file) (HKCU)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Microsoft AntiSpyware helper - {1CDD2672-8F5C-4561-8F1F-D499799C7D57} - (no file) (HKCU)
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: c:\windows\system32\ou6sound.dll
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: c:\windows\system32\ou6sound.dll

    [STEP 3] Remove Malicious Files:
Locate the following files using Windows Explorer (the My Computer icon or shortcut) and delete them from your computer.

    c:\windows\system32\ou6sound.dll

    [STEP 4]Run Additional Tools:
Your computer is infected with a malicious piece of software which has hijacked your LSP. It is easiest to recover your original LSP settings with a program called LSPFix. Please download LSPFix from the link below to your desktop and post the log it gives.:

    http://cexx.org/lspfix.zip

    [STEP 5]Report Back to us:
Once you have followed all of the steps above please reboot your computer and post a new HijackThis log.

THis my log currently. I deleted the file in safe mode, but it still shows up in hijackthis, but it does mention that file is missing. I have tried to remove the entry in hijack this, but it wont delete. I have rebooted aswell. Btw my adsl connection has started behaving weird after this work we have been doing. The router says everything is fine, but all the comps on the network cant browse sites. But the xbox 360 can still play online ?!
