LCD Monitor Question??

Happy Thanksgiving!
I use a Samsung LN-R268W http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_techspecs_full.php/masterid=7676888
for my pc monitor. I have always read that LCD monitors/TVs won't burn in. That it was impossible. About a week and a half ago I noticed that while watching a movie I could see the outline of part of my desktop wallpaper. I changed my wallpaper, but you can still see the outline of the old wallpaper. I have restarted the pc several times and ran Dead Pixel Tester. But no matter what I do, the image can still be seen. If LCDs cannot experience burn-in, does anyone have any idea what's going on?
