3 windows installed need to remove 2 help plz

Hi there,
my sister just sent me her laptop and I found out that there's 3 windows installed in it .. I want to delete 2 of them .. and leave one but I dun have the installation CD for it .. I have a Toshiba I can use my friend's CD tho. please help me! I'll be waiting.
