Need advice if i have to config hardware

Hello Guys,
I am experiencing some troubles with Dr.Watson postmortem debugger and since i excluded possible malware and spyware actions, i am starting to think that it should be somewhere else....
Hardwarewise my only concern is the memory.
I have the following dimms:
1 x 512Mb DDR400 PC3200 - generic with Infineon chips
1 x 1024Mb Corsair Value Select DDR400 PC 3200
I am not using any overclock utilites....
