It's an Abit KN9 Ultra, plugged all power connections in, the Power LED is on, but it just won't start.I have tried shorting the 2 power pins with a knife too, still didn't work.
Reset the BIOS by pulling the CMOS battery, and setting the CMOS jumper to clear for 30 minutes. Come back, pop the battery back in, put the jumper back, and hold the insert key on a PS/2 keyboard as you're turning the PC on.

Thrax, I've heard of the battery and the clear cmos, but what does the insert key do? and why not on a usb keyboard?
Insert key forces BIOS default configuration before POST. USB keyboards usually don't work because USB keyboards don't activate until later in the startup sequence, at a point after which the insert key needed to be registered as pressed.
