Need to Format

I need to COMPLETELY format my drive so the only things on it are the things it came with. I know you can do this through Windows, but I don't know how to do it without using the XP disc and clearing partitions and stuff. Is there a better/easier way so that when I send it back there is absolutly NOTHING on the drive?

Lol, I'm not THAT bad at this game. I need the floppy for something else. In fact, it would be even better if I could boot from a Flash drive...

It really depends on what you're looking to make into a bootable floppy.
