zonlabs help needed i cant close zonealarm i have zonealarm security suit[resolved]

when i try to shut it down after closeing all windows it seys "please close all dialogs befor shutting down" than i hit ok and try again but it doesnt work. i hit ctrl+alt+del and checked for procees to see hor open windows etc and nothing.
