Indexing CD/DVD files and contents
Does anyone know if there is any software which can index external sources (filenames and contents)?? External sources many include CDs/DVDs/USB/external drives. For example, I have many data in CDs/DVDs/USB drives. It makes it hard for me to find contents on different CD/DVDs. I would like to create a content database which will record:
- filenames of *ALL* file types
- contents of some specific file types
- after the indexing, the search should be as fast as search done by Google
- feature-rich
Do you know which software can do it?
By the way, does the software you recommend index/update database fast?
