Dear all,
I'am not sure I use the right place to post but I'am a beginner with forums, please forgive me in case.
I have a trouble with the installation of live messenger on my PC, windows XP, SP2, and no other firewall than the standard MS.
I have this message at the end of the installation : "the installation has not been correctly initialized (0xc0000005). Click OK to stop the application."
Windows messenger is working correctly so I don't understand a clue.
Please, could you help ?
