[inactive]trojan/spyware 'ezi_hnm2.exe' help pls!!??

hi all, just got a new computer and has already been iinfected with this, whatever it is?? have ran programs such as mcafee, spybot s&d, spyblaster etc but not picking anything up?? everytime i log on this process 'ezi_hnm2.exe' appears on mt task manager and takes up 50% cpu usage ans slows computer down?? pls help
