[inactive]Please help with pop up ads. HJT Log inside

Unknown

I keep getting pop up ads on my desktop. I don't even need to be surfing and this will happen. Sometimes I even get a audible only ad with no way to shut it off. I've tried AdawareSE, SpyDoctor and PC Doc Pro with no good results.
Also I'm not sure if this is related but windows explorer periodically crashes too.

1. Click "Open the Misc Tools Section"
2. Click "Open Process manager"

Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate (if present) and click on (highlight) each of the following:
