[ Inactive ] Pop-Ups & System running SLOW!

Hey guys, I've been here before a while back. But My girlfriends parents needed some help, so I told 'em I could see if the guys and gals over at short-media could help, cause y'all are just so damn smart!

Well, her system is running SOOOOOOOO slow! And she has a few pop-up's as well. When you click on your home page button, you'll get an hour glass that stays for anywhere from 3-8 minutes!!! Pretty ridiculous I know! They did'nt have the budget to take it in so I would appreciate ANY help you all could give us! Thanks everyone!

Your HijackThis is still in a .zip file. Having HJT zipped, it can't create backups, so we must delete this .zip file and re-install HJT again.
To do that, please follow the instructions below:

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
• Click the Scan for Vundo button.
• Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
• You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
• Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
• When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
• Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a fresh HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.
