Canon n670u scanner problem on second PC
My Canon N670U scanner works perfectly on one of my PC's but not on the other - they both run Windows XP.
On the second PC the scanner gets stuck half way through its start up routine and if I try to investigate it on the PC I get the message 'Scanner not connected, please check cable'. I know the problem is not with the scanner or the cable because they work on the other PC. The scanner is shown as working properly in device manager.
I've seen some general comments on the web that it may be something to do with TWAIN files but nothing specific.
Any help or suggestions appreciated.
