DIE Vacpro!!

Recently, I visited a website (that I had been to before and hadn't had problem with, until now - yes, Internet Explorer, GAH!), and suddenly, I had something like 8 or so infected files, some of which were deleted, but some remained infected, according to my virus-scanner, CA Anti-Virus (VET?). Running a full virus scan of my computer (still using CA) said that there weren't any infected files.
Not so convinced, I ran a spyware scan with XoftSpy (unfortunately, just the free version. I am only a student, and am unsure about purchasing software/stuffs online, whatever the testimonials. =S Although XoftSpy sounds and seems like an excellent program, is there anyone who swears by it and would purchase the program?). Here, XoftSpy tells me I have three Vacpro dialer files in my computer. And so, the alarm bells started ringing.

I bombarded my computer with these anti-spyware programs:
SpyBot Search & Destroy
Ad-Aware SE Personal
SpywareBlaster
AVG Anti-Spyware
Webroot Spy Audit

and
HijackThis
(I also have the Empty Temp Folders program, and it deletes my cookies every three hours and whenever I turn on my computer, so I'm not worried about cookies (which, in any case, I can find easily).)

... but so far, nothing - no mention of Vacpro dialers at all - has come up on any of these scanners, aside from XoftSpy.

Soooooo..... what the?? O_O Should I be worried?! If none of the other programs could detect the Vacpro files?!
And I THINK that the files that came up during the virus saga were trojans, but I can't really remember. x_x Do you think that triggered the Vacpros?

(Also, not sure if this is off-topic or not, but I left my computer alone for about an hour or so to do other stuff, and to let the scanners to their thing, and when I came back, I found my computer had restarted, and that my Windows had encountered a "serious error". It said that these files would be included in the error report:

C:\DOCUME~1\*username\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERf066.dir00\Mini122906-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\*username\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERf066.dir00\sysdata.xml

*username = my user name, of course :)

I did not send the error report to Microsoft, mainly because I was told in the past that the error reports don't do anything to help at all - GAH?!
... This didn't do anything to help my state of mind. =S
Would this have anything to do with the viruses/spyware that I was trying to hunt down, or is this an un-related matter? X_X)

Help on this (especially the Vacpros) would be VERY MUCH appreciated!! GRAH to spyware and viruses!! >_<
Thanks in advance!

I would not recommend Xoftspy to anyone. It was formerly listed on the SpywareWarrior Rogue/Suspect Anti-spyware Products and Websites, which is considered somewhat an authority.
    Please read:
    http://spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm#xos_note
Given its history, I would not trust it.

Did Xoftspy list the file locations?

Thank you chiawaikian. That puts my mind at a lot more ease. :)

XoftSpy listed the locations as: software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\ext\stats\a1426ac5-8ce5-4a00-b71e-011d35079ac6}\iexplore\type
    and
    software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\ext\stats\a1426ac5-8ce5-4a00-b71e-011d35079ac6}\iexplore\count
    and
    software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\ext\stats\a1426ac5-8ce5-4a00-b71e-011d35079ac6}\iexplore\time

Still nothing has come up on any other anti-spyware programs I have. Should I just ignore the apparent vacpro dialers?

    Thanks!

I am inclined to think that those are false positives...
