Hello TIGRINIS. Welcome to Short Media.

It looks as though you have a bug (malware) on your computer. Please, go here to our "Spyware & Virus Removal" forum. Read the Stickies there then post your HJT log. http://www.short-media.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=57

In the interim, (I assume you were in Safe Mode when you ran HJT), delete the file "21DD3AD9.exe" from your [c:\Windows\TEMP] directory. (You may or may not be able to do this a-n-d it may re-appear before or after you reboot. It depends upon the bug that has infected your computer.)

What is your level of expertise? Do you know how to edit (s-a-f-e-l-y) your registry? If so, Remove the suspicious [HKLM\...\RUN] entry (see item "04" below). If you removed the file from the [c:\Windows\Temp] directory but don't remove the reference to it from the registry, your system will balk when it boots because it will be trying to find "21DD3AD9.exe".

Now, try rebooting your computer and see if the "reboot loop" issue is still present.

This may resolve the rebooting issue or the file "21DD3AD9.exe" may morph into a different file name and insert itself into your [c:\Windows\Temp] directory and registry again. In any case, a thorough virus scan will need to be performed in addition to other tasks you will be directed to perform on the "Spyware & Viruses" forum.

Suspicious Items in your HJT log:
    C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\21DD3AD9.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winconf] C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\21DD3AD9.exe

Not sure about this one. Trying to find out what it is on the 'net...

Do you know how to burn ISO files? Do you have a spare computer you can do this from? If so, go get UBCD and burn it to a CD. Start your computer with the new disc in the CD-ROM, and run MEMTEST from the "Mainboard tools" section.

After you've run the memory test as Thrax has recommended,...

If your memory passes its diagnostics, run HJT again. The file that you removed may have morphed into a different file name (or it may have just re-appeared as the same file name) and re-inserted itself into your Windows\TEMP directory and your registry.

There should not be any RUN entries in your registry whose path terminates in a TEMP directory (unless you are installing new software or hardware in which case the entry will go away after the 1st reboot).

Your HJT log looks clean to me.

Please, include dialogue w/ your HJT posts - Not only is it important that you communicate w/ us in detail re: what is taking place, it's the polite thing to do... We are all volunteers here... Friendly communication goes a long way... :)

Did you run the memory tests as Thrax had recommended?

Please, if you haven't done so already, read the Sticky's on this forum as well.

After you've run the memory test and read the Sticky's, (if the memory passed its diagnostics) please, follow this link and follow the instructions there.
