Page Not Found Hijack

Hello I am new here and am tring to fix this what I think is a hijack.
when I should be getting a page not found I am getting one of many search pages. Here is my hijack this log and kaspersky scan. Any help would be grate.

Hello.

Go to Add/Remove Programs in your control panel and uninstall:
ComcastToolbar

Reboot if prompted. Then locate and delete the following folder if still present:
C:\Program Files\ComcastToolbar

Now we have to purge the system restore data store.
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click System, and then click the Performance tab.
3. Click File System, and then click the Troubleshooting tab.
4. Click to select the Disable System Restore check box, click Apply, click to clear the Disable System Restore check box, click Apply, and then click OK.
5. Restart the computer when you are prompted to do so. When the computer restarts, the data store is purged and the System Restore feature begins monitoring the system again.

Download ATF Cleaner

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Finally, run Panda ActiveScan.

Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
A new window will open...click the Check Now button
Enter your Country
Enter your State/Province
Enter your e-mail address and click send
Select either Home User or Company
Click the big Scan Now button
If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the ActiveScan report.

I removed comcast tool bar quite some time ago so it was not in add/remove programs, and there are no folders of it remaining in the programs file,
I did do a system restore purge, and ran ATF cleaner and CC cleaner.
Still have the hijack prob. I will run Panda ActiveScan and a new hijack this and post. Really hope to solve this with out a reformat.

okay I deleted comcast tool bar and am still havivg same problem.
It seems when I type a bad wed address itsted of getting a blank page not found it sends me to a link like this "thispageisnotavailable." now the thing is the web addres on this lonk is always chaging but the page stays the same or simmler. suggestions?
