Check you config settings, make sure it's set for idle and not low. (on the cpu usage)
What shows up in the task manager.
Does the machine in question have enough ram?

Maybe time for a spyware scan.

now that you know what my task manager is running can anyone tell me in simple terms why my pc is running so slow. and what i can do to fix it?
    all that is from Bluedragon
As for checking the config setting where do I find them?I looked in the F@H control panel and even in the advanced tab I can't find the setting for idle and low to check it.
He has 512 of ram and where do I find the client.cfg ?
F@H works for me so I don't mess with it, so now you will have to tell me how to mess with it.
To me he has alot running that he don't need so give me a list of thing for him to kill (end processes) I can see a few he can do without, but get me your list and I'll tell him
Oh he ran spybot and adaware

and I agree there's too much running.
I'll get hijack this to him so he can post the log from it, also I'll make sure he knows where this thread is so the log will be put here.

Those look like listings for mem usage. cpu usage is what we're after though.

In Task Manager it should appear as one of the columns on the Processes tab. If it's not there, go to View>>Select Columns and enable it. :)

Yeah most of them will be 0% but if you click the cpu tab twice the active processes will jump to the top.
