connecting to 1.0.0.0

hello,
It's been a week that my computer is formatted, and now when I want to connect to internet, it constantly tries to connect to 1.0.0.0. I can solve this problem by defining the dns addresses manually, but I want to completely resolve my problem. The adware removers haven't worked (ad-aware, spybot)
