vxdman.exe, jopplerg.exe, newbreed.exe and br0ken.exe.

I found these running on my mother in laws machine when I ran msconfig and looked at the startup tab. I unchecked them and did a selective startup and guess what... they restarted anyway. Of course they are trojans/malware. Her machine was so crapped out that I didn't even bother trying to fix it, I just wiped her hd and redid the whole thing. It would hardly run before but now it runs fine. What I'm wondering is if her machine was a zombie. I think it was.

Those files point to an infection called Wareout. Not a nice piece of malware.
