Those damn ipod videos

edited January 2007 in Software
Sorry if this thread has been posted before by anybody, but I'm too lazy to look through the past year of archived threads.

I got a video iPod for christmas, and its awesome. Except it sucks.

I can't get videos and dvd's to work right. Some stuff I've made (home videos) i can get to work, using 3gp converter.

The problem comes with full length dvds. I downloaded the widescreen version of four brothers, and when I converted it using Videora, it was a bit garbled, only the first 12 minutes came out, and the people were obscenely misshapen.

Anybody know what's good? I use windows, btw.

Yeah. Quicktime Pro (Unless it's .avi) and Instant Handbrake also work well.
