Possible Problem with RAID

It seems that i have some sort of problem. When Norton AV was doing a virus scan this morning, the computer restarted. When I went and looked at the log, it said the decomposition engine had an error trying to open several archives. I should note that I can open the specified files and even are fine after testing the archive with WinRAR.

I also got a few of these errors:

When I went to do scandisk during boottime to automatically fix errors, It got to 12%, stayed there for a few minutes, and then said "An unspecified error has occured", stated sometime about a file or cluster number and said that there was insufficient disk space to recover file clusters, even after I had moved around 40GB and burned 22GB of stuff so that there was 98GB of free space. Also, after Windows terminates the scan and goes into Windows, the RAID 0 array is offline, and I need to restart to get it back online. Both disks are Maxtor 120GB 7200RPM, 8MB drives that are about 3 years old.

Also, in the HPT372 BIOS, primary master is listed as hidden and the secondary master as Boot. Should I remove the boot flag from the secondary master and let it just list as HDD0?
