Vista look'a'like?

I am kinda curious if there is a Vista emulator like... thing. Basically for learning purposes to learn to get around the OS without having to get the OS? Like a flash based GUI. Would be helpful for guys like me who work at help desks and are bound to be getting calls soon from people with issues... cause god knows I'm gonna get'em.
