Vista Clean Install

I am trying to do a clean install of the full version of Ultimate. It doesnt give me the option to format the old windows off when it boots up. How can i format before installing if its not giving me the option other than install.

    You should have some sort of "Advanced Options" button to the bottom right when you select the hard drive.
