    Hello SayDak

Which particular geForce 7300GS were you referring to?
HERE is the ATI X1300 on ATI's web site.
    • How do you intend to use your video adapter?
    • Do you play games or need to run graphics-intensive applications?

Question...is there a price range that is keeping you in that scope of products or just preference? A Radeon X1600PRO can be had for under $76 shipped, which can mop the floors with those two.

I realize that English is not your first language.
To make sure that you understand what Zero.Counter and Sledgehammer70 are saying, I will rephrase for you.

ZC & Sledgehammer70 believe that the Radeon X1600PRO will perform better than the video adapters that you are inquiring about.

ZC states that you can purchase it for approximately $76.00US including the cost of shipping.

I found it on Newegg but it costs more than $76.00US there. Perhaps ZC knows of another online source where you can purchase it for less money.
    1. ZC asks how much money are you prepared to spend on a video adapter?
    2. Edcentric asks in the next post what video adapter slot type will you be using (AGP or PCIe)?

Back this train up, PCIe or AGP?

For cards in this class I wouldn't waste money on 512MB, 256 or even 128 is more than the GPU can use.
X1600pro or X1550 or 7300GT are all in the $70-90 range. The 7600GS or X1600XT are almost $100, but they are good cards.

    $69.99 + $5.64= $75.63<$76

7300gs will be the better of the 2... But to be honest it is a waste of money to upgrade to either of the 2 cards. They are maybe 2 to 3 times better than onboard graphics, nothing more.

Profile nor your posts indicated your geographical location. Even still, I have friends that live in Lebanon Texas.

In your case, and as Sledgehammer stated, the 7300GS...as many games are optimized for Nvidia cards.
